Join us twice a month in a Hatha Yoga Mini Workshop at Float Tank Barrie. We will be offering a series of workshops where a new theme will be given each month. During the mini yoga series we will offer clients an hour and a half class specifically designed to cater to a particular need. The series would be offered twice a month falling on a Wednesday and a Sunday in order to give you more of an opportunity to be able to join.

If you suffer from sciatica, back pain or have trouble with your psoas muscle this series is for you! Learn different yoga poses to help relieve some of your discomfort. You will learn poses you can even practice in your own home.
This series is designed to practice yoga anywhere in a chair! Whether it is a mobility issue, an extra practice you need at your desk or just because! We will enjoy a gentle practice utilizing our chair whether sitting or standing.
