Lucia Light N°03 Session Workshops
Lucia Light Sessions with LIGHTHOUSE
Experience the Lucia Light N°03 at one our monthly workshops. Once a month Jamison of Lighthouse Toronto will host a 4 hour workshop with four 10 minute and four 30 minute sessions. Sessions can be experienced solo or in in groups of up to four people.
In each session you will lay down with your head positioned underneath the light, while wearing noice cancelling headphones. Once the music begins you close you eyes as the light turns on, utilizing flickering white light and soft incandescent light to instantly and safely produce altered states of consciousness and deep meditation.
