There is no charge/fee for cancellation, we do however ask for as much heads up notice as possible you can give and if you need to cancel to please cancel at least 30 mins prior to your booking time so we can hopefully have someone else fill the appointment time.
Your float time can start no later than 15 mins into booked float time, (ie 4:00 booking means 4:15 latest start time) floats will need canceled and considered a no-show if any later than 15 mins past booking time.
Please plan to arrive early if needing to do waiver form and walk through for first visit, or if its first visit in more than a year. But still no more early than 30 mins as we will be preparing the rooms form the previous floaters.
If you do not arrive on time for your float or do not show up at all without any notice you will be considered a "No-Show". A note will be added your account for each no show (i.e if. you book multiple floats (ex 2 floats) under your name and no show it will be considered as two no-shows.)
Anyone who no-shows 2-3 times will have a prepay rule added to their account and will no longer be able to book appointments online or over the phone without prior payment and will be charged for any future no-shows.
